Walmart store managers or assistants do not deal with product labeling or anything of the like. All that stuff is handled at the home office level with the buyer, store managers are in operations, they run the shift, hire and fire staff.
I will agree that Kim was readily available for a chat adn answered all my questions to the best of her ability.
if any of you doubt that she is there and picks up get off your lazy A$$e$ and make some calls yourself - try to sound intelligent (try not to talk like many of you type lol) and your questions will get answered -- at least to the best of her ability given her positioning here.
I will say this...the way i personally interpreted that this was 'bought' to FDA attention reminded me of the way dirty politicians play to take each other down........i guess the FDA woke up one day and decided that a company named DEWM with a product like LSMP needed to be looked into.....
no one likes to see a stock they are long in tank but it is what it is.....
certain things have to be cleaned up and im sure Moran and DEWM will address b/c there is no way around clarifying facts for extremely skittish trader types....
