Imagine that NOK loses in the ITC and a Ban is ordered...


or the alternate court case rules that NOK owes royalties of $1.5 Billion...


That's why I think there is Something in the contract to protect MSFT...OR they will have to settle Prior to takeover...


OR..."something else"...???


Whatever...it has taken too long...
and its Time...


and, btw...the MSFT/NOK deal Still has clouds...the Tax issue in India has not been resolved...and That involves a chunk of $$$$...
