2) The Nevada Secretary of State Central Index Key number (an S.E.C. number), 0001376316, is Indie Growers Association and this matches the VKML Central Index Key number for VKML at the S.E.C.: be sure to type in type in 0001376316. VKML will pop up :)

Agreed, but I think you missed something that may matter even more.
INDIE GROWERS ASSOCIATION that was Merge Dissolved. Into what? when?
and (the important part) how much new stock got issued if any?

Possible scenario:
Merger VKML with IGA, for stock. VKML issues shares (how many), to "buy"
IGA, IGA disappears, VKML changes name. This fits with what is known but there may be other scenarios.

Result, lots of new stock to sell before anyone knows about it.
Seems like enough reason the delay the announcement.
