Looks as if the Nuvola NP-1 should be input into the part just before the UHD TV sets.
I suppose the assumption with the flow chart is that the TV's are UHD Ready to display the content at whatever bandwidth the 4k comes to it at which as most everyone knows is not the case, at least not the way we'd all likely expect it to appear.
In addition, I think the flowchart is designed with Broadcaster to Broadcaster transmissions in mind.
I think one of the main things the Nuvola NP-1 has over the majority of other media players out there and the reason these big time players are availing themselves of the Nuvola NP-1 is it's the one solution available for the end users with lower bandwidths versus what the broadcasters are running with.
Nuvola NP-1 is also not going with "Allwinner" which can only decode 4K with trouble with the display or output to TV end of things. (according to my understanding)
