The cat was let out of the bag when those "mystery accounts payable" numbers were finally revealed. Remember Digitech saying he was satisfied with the answers about those numbers he had gotten from management? If the truth be known that was the telling story about what was really going on. Before those numbers were revealed the balance sheet looked fine and they showed a profit, afterwards they were deeply in debt. We know what's happened since then.
IMO that's why no big money ever trusted what was going on in this story.
