Yes, I think it was "some kind of" a R/M. Probably not a straight forward one and because of this the websites needed to be purchased. Could be that not all of the Zimbali assets will be transferred or in other words not the "whole" Zimbali is doing the R/M. But yes, I believe Zimbali will have the controlling amount of shares. Just because TCPS has no business yet. All TCPS has is a patent (in my opinion a very valuable patent in case they do prevail) and a technology (Lycon needs to be updated what costs quite some money). The real asset for Zimbali is the shell. So you have real revenues and you have a shell with a patent possibly worth millions BUT the process is a long one and the outcome uncertain. Therefore I think 2/3 and 1/3 is justified.
