I do not think that TCPS is ready to give Zimbali a controlling interest of their patent, unless they believe it is worthless. I believe TCPS remains in control. Time will tell.

TCPS holds all the cards. A fairly clean public entity and a PATEnT to boot!! Im thinking they will be more sister companies than full RM.. Its a win win for BOTH
