Are you saying that this is a R/M? If so, why would the web sites need to be purchased and why was Mr Worth hired?

If this is a R/M you are correct about the share structure, but if Zimbali assets are being bought by TCPS, I believe Zimbali will not have a controlling amount of shares. All IMHO
