WOW, didn't you also ask for a link that stated the SEC had not approved the merger? That is just too funny.
That is part of researching these scam companies - they have a tendency to repeat the same pumping methods.
The SKTO Medical Greens merger was just last June - and the press releases are almost identical. Except the PR Friday provided even less information about the details of the merger.
If as stated: "announce that their respective Boards of Directors have signed a definitive agreement to merge the two companies" - where are the details of the merger?
Plus, both companies have have promised mergers in the past and never delivered.

When you find any documents that either company has filed with the SEC or FINRA - post them - but there won't be any.
They signed an agreement to merge. Some don't understand(my guess is they do) that of course they didn't file with the SEC yet, that is the next step. I don't know why we even get caught up in arguing with someone that is clearly on here for personal gain, but I get sucked into sometimes too!
