I don't see a new name and ticker symbol, and ya' Know it REALLY is the "Meat and Potatoes" of an actual merger. Just think about the FIRST day of trading with a new company. Man, I will be soooooo excited with everyone on this board...

Tweed merged and changed their name this week. Their new symbol in 3 days. I see it happen all the time with companies merging. I respect the intentions, and they might actually merge soon, but in regards to our stock REALLY "going to da' moon" it has to be legally done, paperwork completed, new name and all the legal work finnished.

I am sooo not bashing the stock, I just want a new beginning to get excited with everyone..

The merger isn't completed UNTIL it's filed........

in the jurisdiction, which would be here as an amendments to AEGY's Articles. It shows the last amendment filed on 1/24/14 was the increase in AS which they have already issued around 1B new shares since the filing to increase the limit.

All corporate actions go through FL SOS, not PR's. This is the form AEGY will need to fill out to "complete" the merger, if and when it ever occurs.
