what if you can't divert funds back into PVEC? What if PVEC decided to postpone the shares until 2015? Do what you say you're going to do or don't say it! People's money is at stake.

It is bad because it decreases investor confidence. Those that lost out on last dividend may have doubts about this dividend and any other PRs released by the company in the future. Hopefully it is an add on to the original Divy
