I just don't see it... How is it bad? The company is giving you a chance to buy back your shares!!! Even if you hate the company and dumped your shares on 3/15, you now have 2 weeks to buy back!! Guaranteed the delay had NOTHING to do with trying to screw anyone. They are doing everything in their power to make this a 100% legal transaction, as would any company that has big things planned for the future. This is FINRA APPROVED -- nothing is anything but 100% aboveboard with the way they are going about things.
