IF THIS IS TRUE, then company is rewarding its genuine long-term investors, rather than people who bought to receive the gift and then dumped as soon they could. The only people who would be upset are those that bought solely for a free gift and then sold. Sorry, but I don't have a big problem with this. The real longs have missed out on other trading opportunities by believing in PVEC, and have invested their money here (in my case, since VDSC in May of 2013) and this may be the way they get rewarded.
