No it's still wrong for them to do this if it's the same divvy. Some people may have bought in at .0008 expecting a loss in pps just so they could get the gift distribution. People strategized based on what they were promised. But if they sold out when it hit lets say .0004, then they lost half their money and have not gotten their promised gift distribution.

I am a long here but I also took some significant losses because I sold about 1/3 of my shares at half the value i bought them at. I bought those higher prices expecting the gift to offset it. But now I have incurred a loss on those shares in addition to the fact I didn't get the gift for those shares I owned. That is wrong.

I want to make it clear though, that if this is separate from the first one I am ok with it. Otherwise, if it's the same one with revised dates, you have to realize that people may have taken calculated losses by buying at higher prices because they expected the gift distribution would pay it off. And now people are saying too bad for them since they didn't hold. thats wrong. Basically they took the loss in pps based on lies if this is the same divy

So, it's ok to screw others out of money as long as you're still an insider? Short/med-term investors are trying to get rich just like everyone else.

What if they change the conditions again but this time you're cut out for not being "long" enough or not holding enough shares or not being engaged enough in their forums? Would you have a big problem then?

The memo did not memtion the 3/14 pref shares. This will be a separate/second gift.

I agree 100%. Been here since VDSC January 2013. I dont mind seeing the people that bought in for a quick gift shares to get hosed! Feels great actually!!!! Us longs always get hosed, finally time for us to be rewarded for sticking it out and always getting the short end of stick .
