Exactly. Its a form that will be filed each time its due. Ask yourself this... If he has the right to sell shares and all the news is pending--isn't that a great sign that he expects a nice climb in the pps and soon? He is obligated to file forms and its no big issue that he may or may not sell some. Hell, some here have made more in a day off his company than he makes in a year...

The owner selling on the open market is NOT a good sign and will keep the PPS down.

Investors need to carefully watch the share structure here.

I like what I have seen so far this year and I am MYEC long, but I'm not a fool either.
