@gallant. The reverse split without a PR is definitely a big time shakedown, delivered by somebody 5 min after the paperwork hit the NEVADA SOS. IMO, Hes definitely buying back, but the rest is still a puzzle.

Gallant - I am SO GLAD you brought this up. The accumulation has been off the charts, and I would not be surprised AT ALL if this R/S maneuver was a Smoke Screen....

If the R/S was dropped so FH could buy back shares, then why 1:6000? He could have set it up much better to represent a dilution scheme and get much more shares. That is not what is occurring here
