Thanks for that piece of information Ramspace. I have been thinking since I saw the very low share number that he might be looking for an AMEX listing. There are a number of small cap high tech companies there. I'd like to hear DannyD's perspective on this.
Of course, with this number of shares and if the revenues are as good or better than we expect, anything is possible. And I assume that he could alter the split ratio anytime he wanted. Until it's actually done, he could file another ratio.
