PCCE i cant believe its holding gains. Maybe they've finally changed there colors and stopped diluting. Bid looks solid. I wouldnt touch it with 10 foot pole but from watching the trading i would venture 50% + chance as long as they dont pull a suprise r/s it goes higher.
