MICHAEL HOPKINSON, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. Michael Hopkinson is a CPA licensed in the state of New Hampshire with over 16 years of tax public practice experience. He is currently a manager at Ernst & Young LLP in their US corporate tax group here in Vancouver. Over his career, Mr. Hopkinson has a experience with primarily US and cross-border tax clients in the mining, oil and gas and real estate industries. His previous and current clients include,Bema Gold Corporation, Placer Dome, Methanex, Bosa Development Group and Polygon Ltd.

BRIAN D. KEANE, CORPORATE FINANCE
Mr. Brian D. Keane is currently President of Plaza Capital Partners, a North American Venture Capital/Advisory boutique focused on Natural resources/ Oil & Gas and Life Sciences. He has over 13 years of Capital Markets experience specializing in originating, advising, and investing in emerging growth companies in the US, Canada, and Asia. He has structured and invested in over 50 companies and IPO/Reverse mergers totaling over $1.5 Billion across every major industry. Since 2002, he has advised and help manage several investment funds that include: Paragon Capital, LP 2009-2011; Keating Capital (NASDAQ:KIPO) & Four Springs Capital 2008-2009; PIPE Investment Fund 2002-2008. Previously, Brian worked at several investment banks that include: Rodman & Renshaw, LLC, focused on capital raising/advisory services for Oil & Gas/life science and biotechnology companies. He was an associate at Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. and Techvest LLC (acquired by Rodman). After working at several law firms, Brian began his career on Wall Street as an equity trader for National Discount Brokers Group, NYSE:NDB (acquired by Deutsche Bank) He earned a BS from the University of Scranton 1997 and a JD from New York Law School 2000. GEORGE TSAFALAS, DIRECTOR
Mr. George Tsafalas has extensive experience in senior operational management, corporate business development and corporate finance in the private and public sectors. Mr. Tsafalas specializes in the execution of strategic budget plans and monitors the development of the portfolio programs, including review of the financial objectives and milestones. Mr. Tsafalas brings experience in the attraction of private equity capital, including angel investment groups and firms, and has assisted in several successful equity capital fundraising efforts. Mr. Tsafalas has been a Senior Executive, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Member of the Board of Director's and Chair of the Audit Committee of several companies.

JOHN DUCKETT, DIRECTOR
Dr. John Duckett of Calgary. Mr. Duckett has a PhD in Petroleum Engineering, and is a leader, and entrepreneur with thirty five years’ experience in Oil and Gas. Dr. Duckett has had many successes in Canadian domestic and frontier exploration and production operations and in various small company engagements and consulting contracts, nationally and internationally. He has worked in Cuba, Indonesia, the North Sea and the Canadian Arctic. Most recently Dr. Duckett managed Husky Energy’s Tucker Thermal Project, where he built and led the team which took production from less than 3,000 bopd to over 10,000 bopd and positioned it to achieve 18,000 bopd in the next several years. Dr. Duckett is a director of several private companies and has taken on numerous volunteer commitments over the last thirty years.
