I think it would be safe to assume that if the President resigned and the Vice President(s) remained, the Vice President(s) are the officers of the company.



It that is the case, then don't we have to further assume that the VP's are real people and not fictitious? I think your first statement was closer to the truth...it's not safe to assume anything with this company.
