But you do need to go back to the original PR and 8k/10q's and note - specifically - that equity escrows are highly dependent on the outcome of litigation. Says so, black and white.

So, I'd suggest acquiring some zen patience there. The escrows for equity are tracking -- for IF and WHEN there are monies past the creditors.

Right now, the focus is on the PIERS -- so even if you never held those, it's appropriate to keep track of where in the process the PIERS are -- because, until and unless those are paid, then it's moot to talk about equity escrows.
