I've spoken with James (of Agrima) several times via phone. While he was unable to give me any insight as to whether they were being targeted for an acquisition specifically by SPRWF, he did say that they have been approached by companies for acquisition purposes and that they are not only open to the idea, but that they would welcome such a scenario.

James told me that it is a small group of friends and family members that started Agrima, paid for by taking second mortgages on homes and throwing their life savings into it and that having someone acquire them is ideal, because it would be an instant cash flow.
