got something for you and your wife: up here, get the biggest shrimp you can find. cut em down the middle to the tail. remove the vein. dunk the two halfs--still attached to one another at the tail--in a mix of 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup corn starch, 1/2 cup flour, one egg white, then dunk em in Baker's sweetened coconut and fry em a few minutes--till they're the color you like-- in canola oil (it's cheap) Fast and delicious.
