"please stop with the claims that the SEC is in fact investigating WDRP"

Yet again, here's what I actually said:

"The chart doesn't tell you that the crooks behind WDRP are under active investigation by both the SEC and the AMF"

And here's proof that the SEC are investigating the main crook behind WDRP, Canadian/Ukranian mafiosi Jean François Amyot, currently on the lam in the Bahamas:

"The Commission’s complaint alleges that Jean-François Amyot, a Canadian resident who controlled Spencer, orchestrated the scheme and worked with Maximilien Arella and Ian Morrice, Spencer’s officers and directors, as well as IAB Media Inc. and Hilbroy Advisory Inc., two other companies controlled by Amyot, to create and disseminate false press releases, including press releases about a fictitious buyout offer"

As both Amyot himself and his henchman Andrew Barakett can tell you, the Discovery process is a wonderful thing.

Of course, the AMF are not only investigating the crooks behind WDRP, they are investigating WDRP itself:

"AMF investigation and litigation teams were also assigned cases of market manipulation, in particular in the matters of Wanderport Corp."
http://www.lautorite.qc.ca/en/press-releases-2012-corpo.html_2012_enforcement-2012-02-29.html

As I say, both the SEC and the AMF are investigating the crooks behind the WDRP scam and punters long on this stock could wake up any morning to find it's been suspended.

I do hope that's clear. If not, it's not for want of trying.
