Chinaworx, if this R/S isn't for the purpose of getting to a higher exchange, and with the ITAR compliance issue, also becoming a fully reporting REAL company, then I might well share your sentiments. But I strongly suspect, this is a REAL company now and that we've only heard the "bad news", which may not be bad news at all, once the rest of the story unfolds.
