Whether the infamous Mr. Pawson has 2 or 3 million shares, even 5 million shares for the sake of making a point, his SMALL position in a company with a 4 billion float will not make a splash.

His shares are convertible preferred. Each share of that preferred converts into 1000 shares of common.
