block out the noise and hold for the gold- if you can't stand to hold - sell, someone will buy your shares.

and if you think the price will keep going down and you don't want to hold - sell and buy back later- if later you thing the PPS will be going up.

SPLI is a major vapor player and it's PPS will be higher down the road then it is now.
