Those are good questions which we will have an answer once we know details of the Deal.
What exactly got sold, what we keep and under which conditions we have access to existed gold resources.
With regard to share price: I would venture to say that between IHub and SH we might have approximately 200+ people who read massage board. Most of us are fully loaded and not interested in buying any more shares. The majority of stockholders are staying put while SP trades in small amount.
Once Deal is announced - it will get attention from junior crowd, plus Zacks will have to put his 10 cents - so we should see some kind of move .IMO.
