Its like a boatload of MMJ&MJ cos now. Buyers are looking at so many startups. That is why we need to stand out from the crowd and the announcment of the 8-K will be it. So although we are in their class we are behind in SEC fulfillment at this time. CHOMPIN AT THE BIT!
