Badge , it is getting done, a lot of signatures required, maybe even government’s. It will be all “sign, sealed, delivered” before election, it must.
On a second thought: I don’t think PDI will be sold, mostly it is a Land deal, allowing FQM a free hand to operate in a vicinity without stepping on PTQ land rights all the time. … tick-tock…
