I agree that the dilution will be with us for the time being. But I firmly believe that the future looks bright for 3 DIcon . If they are awarded federal grants , they could easily buy back those shares from the toxic financiers . Our new CEO VKEEN bought back shares from his own funds. That shows that management does care about the company & shareholders. Plus the report also stated that they are in the talks with companies regarding flat screen 3d tv"s. That would be great to have a few contracts under the belt. Finally, I cannot see the federal government passing up on this technology for homeland security, military,etc. so be calm & carry on. Hold onto your shares. GLTA.
