Did I hear correctly, the management has done nothing on resolving the Nokia/Samsung since the 17th March to date and they expect to resolve the matter under the resolution clause over the next SEVEN MONTHS, and if they fail then they go to arbitration which they expect to be finally resolved in 2004.

Looks like the two months gap was needed to consider the insider selling and create more options to rip off the shareholders.
