Here is the problem, The elephant in the room......

"STP has been waiting patiently, hoping such stalemates would force the Joint Development Authority, which administers the JDZ, to convene a new licensing round and attract more interest from majors."

Whether STP still desires a new round is anybody's guess, but having it hang out there with these kind of stories is very disconcerting to potential investors. IMO
