Basing it off the recent Gupta documentary

At the end of the Dr. Gupta "Weed 2" documentary CNN on March 11, the father of the little girl with epilepsy goes to the Colorado dispensary to pick up a two-month supply of Charlotte's Web-based oil and pays $667.37.

Begin watching at the 41 minute mark and look at the size of the bottle when it appears at 00:41:20, and compare it to the size and cost of a single 10 gream syringe of RSHO for $500, which might last a week or two.

That's why I think it will be far cheaper to get CBD from strains like C-Web.

As to the legality, we've now got twenty states that will allow medical marijuana, and more are looking to legalize high-CBD / low-THC strains for use in the treatment of epilepsy.

And the feds will look away in situations like this, especially if there is some scientific data to back it up.

I can even see a situation where the Congress would pass a bill rescheduling Cannabidiol from hemp or C-Web to Schedule 4 or 5, as long as the THC content is under 0.3%. That would require standardized formulations and testing.

Cannavest and MJNA will have to bring the price of CBD from hemp down 50% - 75% to remain competitive.
