O.K. people....time to take a chill pill. This Regen pricing nonsense has to stop. The only price anyone has ever seen in relation to the divi was .0001 which was used exclusively pertaining to the fee the company had to pay. Now lets all use our heads for a minute here. Does the company just pull a number out of their azz to find an opening price for their NEW IPO shares? Does the SEC tell them what they can sell them for? NO !!!! This starting price is based on present value of the company and based on assets, projects,debt....etc...and what the company broker working with them deems a reasonable market value. This market value from the opening trade will either increase or decrease that said price. It is solely a starting point and within days to weeks, it will settle into a trading range and from there, good news and bad news moving forward will be the driving force of the PPS.

Has nobody ever been involved in an IPO or at the very least witnessed one? A recent IPO from not long ago was Facebook. I believe they decided that fair value for their stock was about $24.00/share which was brought down rather quickly in the coming days as traders deemed it overpriced by some 40%. It is all about what traders believe to be fair value after the initial offering begins. With very little in assets but a lot of irons in the fire, and a Bio sector that is on fire, my guess is wherever the PPS starts it will rise from demand of this stock alone. Lets stop the speculating and start using our heads folks. The news will fall when it falls and the divi IPO will be announced and yes.....you will see a starting price before the trading begins.

Now my turn to speculate..... BMSN still owns 58% of Regen....they gave us all a divi for every 147 BMSN shares we owned. We closed today at roughly .0050 of a cent. Thus...147 times .0050 is equivalent to about $1.50/share of Regen and Yes, there have already been some private investments at the rate of $1.00/share which would be a discount of 33% to the original investors. This all makes perfect sense to me and my speculative guess as to the opening PPS of Regen.
