I think first :
Petaquilla allows FQM to make their Engineering Report official. I am sure it is in a process of filing on Sedar as we speak.
Then in a period of few days we will know all the details, PTQ will post final Deal.
Most likely as I and others can read between the lines:
1) PDI will be sold ( Jay , a so call slowdown was simply prelude to finishing final operations).
2) Land around Moleron concession will be sold to FQ.
Here where we need to see details what exactly we keep and what FQ gets .
We can go back and forth about this deal, but if we get $ 60 mil - it will pay DB and have some x-tra to re-start operation.
That’s a best scenario for all of us. otherwise… I don’t have to spell it for you.
We all will have to vote on it, so …
