yes and usually will also help on the open market as well as they have an interest in seeing TAUG take off..seen this a million times... look at ONVO to name a recent stock that went from OTC to NYSE, zero revenues, great potential albeit, but raised some money in the pennies, small reverse to qualify for NYSE, raised $40mm and stock trades at $10 huge volume all day long. IMO TAUG has similar potential..run to the .40 range, small reverse of 10x1 per say, qualify for up-listing raise the real cash and then those larger institutions take over from there.. IMO we can follow a similar path to growth..with the right developments TAUG has the possibility to revolutionize the energy industry, we can literally be at any number PPS with right results.. then as a kicker spin off DOC into a separate trading entity which also on its own will fly...WIN WIN WIN all around..TAUG at these levels and up to much higher levels is stealing money IMO if I have ever seen such an opportunity, and I have and been part of several x's over
