Agreed. I'm 99% sure the company they are acquiring is Agrima. Agrima just did a radio interview discussing their transition into the new license. It can be found on their facebook.
You can also see on their facebook, that the page started in August. It documents their start in July 2013 via construction photos, vids etc. They are the only company in the region that began in July 2013 as the PR stated.
