Half a quarter?

I prefer reality: The company announced on June 16, 2009 that it was commencing operations with P2O. The time lapsed between then and today is about 4.783 years, or something just over nineteen quarters.

No, the clock does not reset every time Johnny fails. The bar doesn't get that low in the business world.

Is this a normal way to evaluate results of a business? A business gets half a quarter now, and that's it?

PS: Nice try, though
