I got your PM. Unfortunately, I do not have PM capability. But to answer your question... Yes, I think this is a good position. I don't know about the short term aspect. I am long in this and expect to see over .85 pps in a year or two. The OTC is so volatile the pps could go up much faster and down just as fast.. Overall my DD gives this stock a strong buy. You'll have to decide where the dip will be. Good luck!
