I disagree. Most customers will be in the "Why do I need 4K?" camp, and if you want to make them lust after the higher picture quality, I say you have to show it to them in the store.

If they're just going to buy based on what they learn on the web, then what's the point of the brick and mortar roll-out in the first place?

Now, NTEK might not need a demo station of their own, and could pair up with Seiki easily for that, but people don't go into a store and then buy unseen anyway. They'd want to see the picture quality. Wouldn't you?

There won't be 'demos' for a device when 10 other ones are sitting on the same shelf. NO ONE needs a 'demo' to plug in a hdmi cable, just like the many already being used by average consumers. Ridiculous.
