There is an issue. SKTO shareholders will fight it. They, SKTO are worth 5.084745763 times more than us. That is not a merger of equals. Now I hope they take the equal deal but if I was a SKTO holder I would be screaming NO! They are .03 a share and we are .0056 a share. I do not think they will say ok you guys lets split it in the middle. If they do I will not fight them on it. You?
