frankly,I don't expect ANY ''deal'' will make much diference now,the company is out of time and out of money,and the stock so over diluted nothing short new management and a consolidation will even offer much hope.Thats just the way most Vancouver Penny Mining stocks end up,and this one wan't''diferent''afterall.

This whole debacle has played right into FQ's hands,all they have to is sit back and wait...
