I don't think I've ever seen a venture company trade over 20 million shares every day.Maybe Bre-x in its day.People are positioning themselves.
How fast to a dollar if these things come to pass quickly?These steps are what I'll be looking towards in a short time span.

1-Pick up the option to buy.

2-additions to the board of directors.

3-another option to buy comes forward.

4-application for license.

5-big money backer comes forward
