When the stock drops back into the $5.00s, I would expect
one of those silly class-action lawsuits to be announced!
Should be fun reading through the lawyers' take on Powers'
PR spin. I am sure they will cite the altering of the approval
road map. Wonder if Powers has filed to unload shares?
That would be a nice coup de grace for the shorts.
Venture capitalist CEOs? Hmmmm. Best biotech firms
are run by MDs or seasoned biotech veterans. Oil and gas futures
and biopharma, they sound similar I guess. No wonder, as I have
been told by my MD friends, the woman does not sound like
she knows what she is talking about half the time.
