It very reasonable but what's left out is the conversion rate (1 to 5 is my guess)which blends the 2 caps together
Along with the symbiotic blending of vertical integration ....

Very rough math....

Say I've got 4.5mil... After conversion 900k
Blending creates current price of .03+.006= .036 times an efficiency increase of say 65 %. =

.036 * 65%= .055 cents per share

Add Jamescard, Pharmajanes expansion thru Cali, skto sales...

Times 3 easy... 15 cents
