I would have to match the graph with the release of news, but each and every time Fannie started to make a run, that run WAS haulted by legislative news.

Examples:

Last years run after the earnings, squashed by Corker Warner bill news.

Few months later, another run started, squashed by Obama news conference and him mentioning the "wind down" of F&F.

This last run, that granted, the RSI was at 95, but it was the Johnson Crapo bill knocking the legs out.

The PPS starts going up only after the BOA 14 billion settlement, which is slowed down by the announcement of Maxine Waters bill.

And by the way, I do believe that was sarcasm about Blue causing anything. CONCLUSION,,, keep an open mind!
