The pps drop is easily explainable by a 95 RSI, large BBs, and the guarantee of profit taking.

Again, its possible the pps overreacted to a legislature even though dozens of other legislature had already been introduced with no effect on the pps. However, I think that the CONCLUSION that the legislation caused the pps drop is a little unfounded given the other factors that are there.

I ask you...if the legislature caused the pps drop, why hasnt EVERY legislature release caused a pps drop?
