Pointing out the obvious risks with any penny stock doesnt take much intelligence or creativity. In fact every company is required to note the risks in their financial filings, that is if you can read.
What isn't legal is making false statements about a publicly traded CEO. There is a Big difference between an stating an opinion and a fact.
When you state a fact about a publicly traded CEO without proof, or in error, there are consequences.
