The "good" doctor has a long way to go to rebuild investor trust after the past year. The best thing she could do right now is step down and separate herself entirely from this...company (assuming there's a company beyond paper). Having no convertible debt is great, but violating the trust of shareholders with shady product gimmicks followed by a reverse split is far more damaging than any convertible note.
